TITLE: RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD

VERSE: The person who is joined to the Lord is one spirit with him. 1 CORINTHIANS 6:17

✔️ - When two people fall in love and get married, they become one flesh.

✔️ - They are joined to each other in a way that gives them the ability to know and represent each other's voices.

✔️ - This is how God sees us—as His bride.

✔️ - When it comes time for His judgment seat at the end of life, we will have done everything necessary for salvation

✔️ - The first time I heard this passage, I was blown away.

✔️ - But when I really thought about it, when my spirit became one with Christ's Spirit… wow.

TAKEAWAY:  That's why Jesus said, "On that day you will realize that I am in my Father, and you are in me, and I am in you."

PRAYER:  Lord, I want to be one with You. I don't know how it works or what it feels like, but I do know that this is the close relationship I've longed for. Help me know Your thoughts with certainty and give me the words to share what is on my heart. Take Care, God Bless, and Make It A Great Day!
